The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, through the Office of the Executive Engineer, REW Division Rajouri, hereby invites sealed bids for the "Constt. Of CSC at W. no-6 Near Masjid Fazanerasan Mohalla Marg" under the Civil Works category. This is an open tender with a tender value of ₹3,00,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹6,000, which is 2.0% of the tender value and can be paid offline through various instruments including Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Banker's Cheque, Bankers Pay Order, Fixed Deposit, Savings Certificates, or Cash Deposit. A tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable and payable offline. The contract form is percentage based, and the work is to be completed within 90 days. The bid opening will take place on August 7, 2026, at 09:00 AM at the Office of the Executive Engineer, REW Div Rajouri. The bid validity period is 120 days.
