The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, through the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch, invites sealed bids for the construction of a Washroom at Masjid Madina Ward 01, Pyt. Mohra Bachai Lower Block, Lassana, under the PRI Grant for the Year 2026-27. This is an open tender for Civil Works with an estimated tender value of ₹ 1,70,000 and a work period of 30 days. Bidders are required to submit a Technical Bid and Financial Bid separately in two covers. The Technical Bid cover will contain documents as per the conditions of the e-NIT, while the Financial Bid cover will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The Bid Submission Start Date is August 1, 2026, 06:55 PM, with the Bid Submission End Date on August 10, 2026, 06:55 PM. The Bid Opening Date is scheduled for August 11, 2026, 10:00 AM, at the office of the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch. The bid validity period is 120 days.
