The Executive Engineer REW Budgam, on behalf of the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, invites open tenders for the development of various lanes within the Rathsun area. This project, designated under Tender Reference Number NIT_29_REW_Budgam_2026_27, encompasses the improvement of lanes including the stretch from Momi Mir to Ismail Dar, the main road to Hassan Dar, and from Mushtaq Khan to Farooq Dari Sultan onwards, as well as the main road to Guli Mir Rehman onward, the main road to Hassan Shah and Rahim Mir, and the main road to Majeed Dari Nabi Dar. The estimated tender value for this civil works contract is ₹2,70,000, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹13,500, representing 5.0% of the tender value.
