The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, through the Executive Engineer REW Pulwama, hereby invites sealed bids for the construction of a sanitary complex within the premises of Govt. Upper Primary School Tenghar. This Open Tender is presented under Tender Reference Number e-NIT No. 73/2026-27, dated 28-07-2026.
