The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, a State Government and UT organization, through its Executive Engineer REW Kupwara, invites open tenders for various civil works under Tender Reference Number NIT NO 50 OF 2026-27 ADF MAGAM (Tender ID: 2026_RDPR_315712_19). The scope of work includes the construction of p/bunds for Mohd Maqbool Sheikh, Gh Mohiudin Bhat, and others at Sirajpora Ward No 6, construction of a p/bund at Ganie Mohllah Ward No 6, and construction of a drain for Gh Rasool Bhat at Ward No 6 Pyt Opezwani. The estimated tender value for these works is ₹1,95,000. Interested bidders can download tender documents and submit their bids online, with the e-publication and document download/bid submission commencement date set for July 14, 2026, 10:00 AM. The final deadline for both document download and bid submission is July 28, 2026, 03:00 PM. Bids will subsequently be opened on July 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at the office of the Executive Engineer REW Kupwara. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹200 is required, payable to Executive Eng REW Kupwara. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,850 (representing 3.0% of the tender value) is mandatory, payable to Rural Development and Panchayati Raj at Jammu and Kashmir, with EMD exemption allowed for eligible bidders. The EMD can be submitted through various payment instruments including Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque, Bankers Pay Order (BPO), Fixed Deposit, Saving Certificates, or CDR. The contract will be based on a Percentage form, and all submitted bids will remain valid for a period of 30 days.
