The Executive Engineer, REW Kathua, under the aegis of the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, invites eligible and qualified contractors for an Open Tender (e-NIT No.93/REW/K of 2026-27 Dated 09/07/2026) for the construction of essential infrastructure.
