The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, through the Office of the Executive Engineer, REW Samba, invites sealed bids for the construction of a well at Chal W.No. 3, serving Moh. Bishamber Singh, Balkar Singh, and others within Pyt Baletar, Block Sumb, under the Scheme Capex-BDC. This is an open tender with a contract form based on a percentage of the estimated tender value, which is ₹2,45,000. The period of work is stipulated as 30 days, with a bid validity of 120 days.
