The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, under the purview of the Directorate of Rural Development and Department JAMMU, Superintending Engineer REW Jammu, and XEN REW RAMBAN, invites sealed bids for the "EXTENSION OF WC DRAIN FROM JAMEELA HOUSE TO RAKWAL MOHALLA, WARD NO.4 PYT PERNOTE B BLOCK RAMBAN" as per NIT NO.20.1 OF REW RAMBAN 2026 27 BLOCK RAMBAN UNDER HEAD PRI/DDC/BDC. This is an Open Tender for Civil Works with an estimated Tender Value of ₹1,94,000 and a stipulated Period of Work of 30 days. A Tender Fee of ₹600 is applicable, payable to Rural Development and Panchayati Raj at Jammu and Kashmir. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is set at 2.0% of the Tender Value, amounting to ₹3,880, also payable to Rural Development and Panchayati Raj at Jammu and Kashmir. Bids will be accepted offline, with submissions commencing on August 1, 2026, at 06:00 PM and closing on August 8, 2026, at 06:00 PM. The Bid Opening will take place at XEN REW OFFICE RAMBAN on August 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
