The Executive Engineer (XEN) REW Kathua, acting on behalf of the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (e-NIT No.124/REW/K of 2026-27 Dated 17/07/2026) for the "Construction of Community Hall at W.No.01, Panchayat Baggan Upper, Block Baggan." This civil works project, located in BAGGAN, has an estimated tender value of ₹14,70,000 and a stipulated completion period of 90 days. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹29,400 (2.0% of the tender value) are required, both payable to the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj at Jammu and Kashmir.
