The Executive Engineer, REW Udhampur, on behalf of the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender under e-NIT No. 55 REW UDHAMPUR of 2026-27, dated 17-07-2026, for Civil Works. The project involves the "Construction of Bowli Kondi and upgradation of Bowli Chandail with slab and allied work WNo 7 and Upgradation of Bowli Bondi WNo 7 Pyt- Marta Block - Ramnagar under (PRI) Capex Budget For year 2026-27" in Udhampur. This work, valued at ₹2,91,000, has a stipulated completion period of 30 days and will be managed under a Percentage form of contract. Prospective bidders can download tender documents starting from July 20, 2026, at 06:00 PM, with the deadline for document download and bid submission set for August 04, 2026, at 06:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on August 05, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the office of Xen REW Udhampur. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹600 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,820 (2.0% of the tender value) are mandatory. The EMD can be paid through Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque, Bankers Pay Order, Fixed Deposit, Saving Certificates, or CDR, payable to Xen REW Udhampur at Jammu and Kashmir, with EMD exemption allowed for eligible bidders. The bidding process requires a two-cover system, with the first cover comprising scanned copies of tender documents for Fee/Pre-qualification/Technical evaluation, and the second cover containing the BOQ for Finance. All bids will remain valid for 120 days from the bid opening date.
