The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, through the Executive Engineer, Rural Engineering Wing (REW) Samba, is inviting sealed bids for the construction of parking facilities for vehicles near Gurudwara Sahib at Burj Sheru, Pyat Harminder Block, Vijaypur, under the CAPEX-DDC scheme. This is an open tender for civil works with an estimated tender value of ₹3,92,000 and a work period of 30 days. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹7,840, representing 2.0% of the tender value, payable to the Executive Engineer REW Samba. A tender fee of ₹600 is also applicable, payable at Jammu and Kashmir.
