The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, through the Executive Engineer, REW Ramban, ER Fayaz Amed, hereby invites sealed bids for an Open Tender (e-Nit 23 of REW Ramban(BDC KARI)) for the Civil Works project titled "Const. of Tile work at Govt HSS Khari Pyt KHARI UPPER B BLOCK KHARI," located in KHARI, with an estimated tender value of ₹1,50,000. Interested bidders can download tender documents from July 25, 2026, 06:00 PM, until August 06, 2026, 04:30 PM. Bid submission commences on July 25, 2026, 06:00 PM, and concludes on August 06, 2026, 04:30 PM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on August 07, 2026, 11:00 AM, at the office of the Executive Engineer, REW Ramban. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹600 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,000 (2.0% of tender value), payable to Executive Engineer REW Ramban at Jammu and Kashmir, are mandatory, though EMD exemption is allowed as per regulations. Bids are required to be submitted in two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents as per SBD, and Cover 2 for the Finance/BOQ. Payment for Tender Fee and EMD can be made via Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque, Bankers Pay Order, Fixed Deposit, Saving Certificates, or CDR. The form of contract is Percentage-based, and bids shall remain valid for 90 days.
