The Public Works Department (PWD), a State Government entity, hereby invites open tenders from eligible and experienced contractors for the "Permanent Restoration of Road from Pamrote Bridge to Shah Ji Morh" in Surankote. This critical civil works project, identified by e-NIT No.48 of 2026-27 Dated 21-07-2026, carries an estimated value of ₹ 12,50,000 and is expected to be completed within a strict timeline of 20 days. Acceptable payment instruments for EMD and tender fee include Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit, Saving Certificates, or CDR (Cash Deposit). Bids must remain valid for a period of 120 days from the bid opening date. This tender operates under a Percentage Form of Contract and requires submissions in two distinct covers: Cover 1 for Fees, Pre-qualification, and Technical documents (including scanned copies of Tender Fees, EMD via FDR/CDR, GST returns, and other stipulated technical documents as per the e-NIT), and Cover 2 exclusively for the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
