The Public Works Department (PWD), a State Government and Union Territory organization, invites open tenders for the "Restoration of Chapnari to Guddar road by way of resurfacing (in Km 1st RD 0-1000, Km 2nd RD 900-1000 and Km 4th RD 300-500) under Pothole Programme 2025-26", Tender Reference Number 66 of 2025-26. This works contract, valued at ₹15,00,000, requires submission of bids in two covers, encompassing technical and financial documentation as per the NIT. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹30,000, equivalent to 2% of the tender value, is required, payable to the Executive Engineer PWD (R&B) Division Banihal in Jammu and Kashmir.
