The EXECUTIVE ENGINEER PWD RB DIVISION MENDHAR, representing PWD (State Govt. & UT), invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (e-NIT No 15 of 2026-27 Dated 24 -06-2026) for the "Macadamization of road Gursai more to Gursai Nallah Part-1 by way of Providing and Laying WBM -III, 50 mm thick BM, 25MM Thick OGPC and 06 mm thick seal coat" in Tehsil MENDHAR, District Poonch, under the City and Town program for 2026-27. This Civil Works project has an estimated tender value of ₹40,00,000, with a stipulated period of completion of 60 days. A Tender Fee of ₹1,100, payable to "Sub Treasury Mendhar" at Mendhar, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 (2.0% of the estimated value), payable to "Jammu and Kashmir Bank Main Mendhar" at Mendhar, are required. Payment for EMD can be made via Bank Guarantee, Fixed Deposit, or CDR (Cash Deposit). Critical dates include: Document Download and Bid Submission starting from 24-Jun-2026 at 02:00 PM, with the Bid Submission and Document Download End Date being 06-Jul-2026 at 06:55 PM. The Technical and Financial bids will be opened on 07-Jul-2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER PWD RB DIVISION MENDHAR. Bidders must submit their proposals in a two-cover system, with Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including affidavit, registration card, PAN, GST, latest month/quarter GST linked account number, Treasury Challan, and EMD details) and Cover 2 for the financial bid (BOQ). The contract form is Percentage based, and the bid validity period is 120 days.
