The Executive Engineer, PWD R&B Division Kathua, on behalf of the Public Works Department (PWD), a State Government and UT organization, invites open tenders from eligible and qualified contractors for the "Construction of Culvert in Ward No.1 Kathua near H/o Thakur Baldev Singh Former MP n others, Under Constituency Development Scheme (CDS) of Dr. Bharat Bhushan, Hon'ble MLA (Kathua Constituency) 2026-27 (3rd Call)". This significant civil works project, with an estimated tender value of ₹44,000, is located in Kathua and is expected to be completed within a period of 30 days under a Percentage Form of Contract.
