The Executive Engineer, PWD RB Division Mendhar, on behalf of the Public Works Department (PWD), a State Government and UT organization, invites eligible and qualified contractors to participate in an Open Tender for the critical work of "Construction of 02 wards of 30 Beds at PHC Dhargloon Tehsil Balakote District Poonch Under District Capex Budget (ABDP) 2025-26." This significant civil works project, identified by e-NIT No 16 of 2026-27 Dated 27 -06-2026, is located in Mendhar and aims to enhance healthcare infrastructure in the region. The contract will be awarded on a Percentage basis, with a stipulated Period of Work of 450 days and a Bid Validity period of 120 days.
