The Public Works Department (PWD), acting through Er Ranjit Singh, Xen PWD RNB Division Ramban, invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender for the comprehensive **Macadamization of Kanteer Nallah to Sundgali road**. This crucial civil works project, identified by Tender Reference Number Fresh E-NIT No. 42 Of 2026-27 Dated 20-07-2026, encompasses the provision and laying of WBM Gr-II (75mm thick), Wet Mix Macadam (50mm thick BM), and 25mm OGPC, undertaken as a 3rd Call under the Cities and Towns (C&T) Sector of the Capex Budget 2026-27. Located in Kanteer - Ramban, the project has an estimated value of ₹40,00,000 and a stringent completion period of 30 days. Prospective bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of ₹600 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000, both payable to the Xen PWD RNB Division Ramban at Ramban, with EMD exemption permitted as per regulations. Bids are scheduled to be opened on August 04, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the Office of the Xen PWD RNB Division Ramban. Bidders must submit their proposals in two covers: Cover 1 containing scanned copies of the Treasury Challan, earnest money, and all technical/pre-qualification documents, and Cover 2 comprising the financial bid (BOQ). The contract will be on a percentage basis, and various payment instruments including Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, and Fixed Deposit are accepted for EMD.
