Temporary Road Restoration Works for Block Sathra Villages

The Public Works Department (PWD), a State Government and UT organization, is inviting sealed bids through an Open Tender process for the "Temporary Restoration of various Roads of Block Sathra Village Chaktroo, Timbra, Jandrola, Gali Pindi, Bandi Kama Khan, Seikloo, Saloonia, Chakrara, Sathra for the Financial Year 2026-27. (Under Stage Contract)". This critical civil works project, identified by Tender Reference Number e-NIT No.51 of 2026-27 Dated 28-07-2026, is managed by the Office of the Executive Engineer PWD Division Surankote, located at Surankote, Pincode 185121. A tender fee of ₹1,000, payable to the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER PWD DIVISION SURANKOTE at SURANKOTE, is required. Furthermore, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) is mandatory, payable to the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER PWD DIVISION SURANKOTE at SURANKOTE, with acceptable payment instruments including Fixed Deposit, Saving Certificates, and CDR (Cash Deposit). Bids will be accepted for submission starting from July 28, 2026, at 06:00 PM, with the final deadline for submission being August 06, 2026, at 04:00 PM. The bid opening ceremony will take place on August 07, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Office of the Executive Engineer PWD Division Surankote. The tender requires a two-cover bid system, with Cover 1 encompassing scanned copies of tender fees, FDR/CDR, GST Returns, and all other pre-qualification documents as specified, and Cover 2 dedicated to the financial bid (BOQ).
