The Public Works Department (PWD), through the esteemed Executive Engineer, PWD Division Surankote (Er. Layaqit Ali), hereby invites eligible and reputable contractors to participate in an Open Tender (e-NIT No.42 of 2026-27 Dated 08-07-2026) for the critical Civil Works project titled "Rectification/Macadamization of Road from Jaran Wali Gali to Draba Via Khaitan Km 2nd and 3rd in Stretches/Patches Tehsil Surankote District Poonch," undertaken as part of the Cities and Town Programme in Surankote. This significant project, valued at ₹40,00,000, has an estimated completion period of just 30 days and will be executed on a Percentage Form of Contract basis. Interested bidders must submit a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,100 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 (2.0% of the estimated value), both payable to the Executive Engineer PWD Division Surankote at Surankote; EMD exemption is permissible through BG/ST. Bids, along with tender documents, can be downloaded and submitted electronically from 08-Jul-2026 02:00 PM until 28-Jul-2026 04:00 PM.
