The Public Works Department (PWD), a State Government and UT organization, through the Executive Engineer (XEN) PWD RNB Division Ramban, Er. Ranjit Singh, invites interested and eligible bidders for Open Tender E-NIT No. 26 of 2026-27 Dt. 13-06-2026. This tender seeks to procure services for the "Macadamization of Gujjar Basti to Nowtan road (km 1st and 2nd RD (0-500 to 1-200) by way of providing and laying WBM Gr-II, 75mm thick Wet mix macadam 50mm thick BM 25mm OGPC) Under Cities and Towns (C and T) Sector of Capex Budget 2026-27" in Nowtan. The estimated tender value for this civil works project is ₹39,99,000, with a stipulated period of work of 30 days. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹600 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹79,980 (2.0% of the tender value) are required, both payable to the XEN PWD RNB Division Ramban at Ramban. Exemption for both the Tender Fee and EMD is allowed as per the tender conditions. EMD can be submitted through various instruments including Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque, Bankers Pay Order(BPO), Fixed Deposit, Saving Certificates, or CDR (Cash Deposit). The tender was e-published on 15-Jun-2026 at 03:55 PM. Document download and bid submission commenced on 15-Jun-2026 at 04:00 PM and will conclude on 26-Jun-2026 at 04:00 PM. Technical bids, comprising scanned copies of Treasury Challan, earnest money, and all documents as per NIT/SBD conditions, along with financial bids (BOQ) in a separate cover, will be opened on 27-Jun-2026 at 12:00 PM at the Office of the XEN PWD RNB Division Ramban. Bids will remain valid for 120 days from the bid opening date. The contract form is based on a Percentage basis.
