The Public Works Department (PWD), a State Government and UT organization, through the Executive Engineer PWD R and B Division Vijaypur (Er Jyotika Sambyal), invites sealed online tenders under an Open Tender system with a Percentage Form of Contract, for the significant civil works project titled: "Macadamization of link road Shamshanghat Jhang, Middle School Jhang, Link road Bua Datti Jhang and allied links (O.G.P.C / Manually )". This project, with an estimated tender value of ₹30,00,000 (Rupees Thirty Lakhs only), is expected to be completed within a period of 60 days. Interested bidders are advised to note the critical dates: Document Download and Bid Submission commenced on 21-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM, with both closing on 28-Jul-2026 at 05:00 PM. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹600 and a mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹60,000 (representing 2.0% of the tender value) are required, payable to the Executive Engineer PWD R and B Division Vijaypur at Vijaypur, through Fixed Deposit or CDR. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in two separate online covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including scanned copies of EMD and tender cost), and Cover 2 for the Financial bid (BOQ). The submitted bids will remain valid for 90 days from the bid opening date.
