The Public Works Department, Government of Ladakh, is pleased to announce an open tender for "Drilling of 5-inch diameter borewells and installation of submersible pumps at various locations." This crucial project, with an estimated tender value of ₹48,69,000 and a work period of 30 days, is essential for providing vital water resources to multiple sites including Alchi, Nurla, Khaltsi, Youth Gathering Centres, Tia, Sanith, Beema, Zingbu, Churpon House, Gonpa, and Katpa, all located in Leh. The tender, with reference number E-Tender no 06 of PHE Div Leh, requires a 2% Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amounting to ₹97,380. Bids can be submitted starting from August 12, 2026, at 06:00 PM, with the submission deadline being August 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on August 18, 2026, at 02:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Leh. A tender fee of ₹1,000 is applicable. This is a two-cover tender process, with Cover 1 comprising fee/pre-qualification/technical documents including scanned copies of CDR, COTD, PAN Card, Registration Certificate, GST Clearance, Affidavits, and other required documents as per the NIT.
