The Executive Engineer, PWD (R&B) Division Banihal, on behalf of the PWD (State Govt. and UT), invites open tenders from eligible and qualified bidders for the "Construction of Synthetic Volleyball Court at HSS Tethar Banihal under UT Capex Budget 2026-27."
