The Executive Engineer, PWD R&B Division Kathua, on behalf of the State Government, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender (E-NIT No 45/2026-27/3410-14/G Dated 30.06.2026) for the "Repair/Renovation of one room/bathroom along with electrification work and repair of roof Seepage at Sheep Husbandry office Kathua H.Q. Under UT Capex Budget 2026-27". This Civil Works project, located in Kathua, has an estimated tender value of ₹ 10,78,000 and is to be completed within 90 days from the date of award. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹ 600 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 21,560 (2.0% of the tender value) are required, payable to the Executive Engineer PWD R&B Division Kathua. EMD can be submitted via Bank Guarantee, Fixed Deposit, or CDR. The tender documents will be available for download and bid submission from 01-Jul-2026 10:00 AM until 10-Jul-2026 04:00 PM. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 06-Jul-2026 at 01:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer PWD R&B Division Kathua to clarify any queries. Bids will be opened on 11-Jul-2026 at 01:00 PM at the same location.
