The Executive Engineer (XEN), R&B Division, Katra, on behalf of the PWD (State Govt. and UT), invites open e-tenders for "Preparation of DPR/Detailed estimates including interior design on JKSOR 2022, conducting of Detailed Survey for providing of Site plan, L-section X-sections, contour plan, and for various works of PWD (R&B) Division Katra" (as detailed in the NIT). This consultancy service tender, referenced as Fresh-e-NIT No. 11 of 2026-27 Dt. 24-06-2026-Consultancy, was e-published on June 24, 2026, at 03:00 PM. Interested bidders can download tender documents and commence bid submission from June 24, 2026, 03:00 PM, until July 02, 2026, 05:00 PM. Bids will be opened on July 03, 2026, at 12:00 PM in Katra. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹600 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹20,000 are required, payable to the XEN R&B Division Katra at Katra. EMD exemption is allowed for eligible bidders, and payment instruments include Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque, Bankers Pay Order, Fixed Deposit, Saving Certificates, and CDR. The contract is of a percentage type, and bids will remain valid for 120 days from the bid opening date. Bidders must submit scanned copies of tender documents as mentioned in the NIT and the BOQ as part of their one-cover bid submission.
