Work Description - Restoration / Maintenance Of Various Roads Falling Under The Jurisdiction Of Pwd (rnb) Division Bhaderwah On Emergent Basis By Way Of (pavement) G-iii, Bituminous Macadam, Premix Carpet, Seal Coat, Tack Coat During Financial Year 2026-27 (9th Call)

This tender is invited by the Executive Engineer, PWD RnB Division Bhaderwah, a State Government and UT organization, for the "Restoration / Maintenance of various roads falling under the jurisdiction of PWD (RnB) Division Bhaderwah on emergent basis by way of (Pavement) G-III, Bituminous Macadam, Premix Carpet, Seal Coat, Tack Coat during financial year 2026-27 (9th Call)". This is an open tender for Civil Works, specifically for the Restoration/Maintenance of roads. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹30,000 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer and payable at PWD RnB Division Bhaderwah. The EMD must be submitted in the form of CDR/FDR. This is a two-cover tender process, with Cover 1 requiring the cost of the tender document (e-Challan/Treasury Challan/Receipt) and the EMD (CDR/FDR), and Cover 2 containing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The work is estimated to be completed within 360 days from the award of the contract. The bid validity period is 120 days.
