The PWD, a State Government and UT organization, invites open tenders for the project involving the construction of lift shafts at transit accommodation and the design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of 20 customized Machine Room Less (MRL) passenger lifts (G+3, 5-passenger capacity) at the Transit Accommodation in Shangus, Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir. The estimated tender value is ₹7,42,00,000, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹14,84,000, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is required, payable to CE PW(R and B) South Kashmir at Anantnag Jammu and Kashmir. The bid submission deadline is April 6, 2026, 12:00 PM, and the bid opening date is April 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹8,500 is applicable, payable to the Executive Engineer R and B Mech Div South at Anantnag Jammu and Kashmir.
