The PWD, under the authority of the Executive Engineer PWD RB Division Mendhar, invites eligible contractors to participate in an Open Tender, reference e-NIT No 12 of 2026-27 Dated 23-06-2026, for the "Macadamization of road from Mankote to Bobyi Camp Road by way of Providing and Laying WBM -II,III, 50 mm thick BM, 25MM Thick OGPC and 06 mm seal coat .Tehsil Mendhar District Poonch ,Under City and Town 2026-27". This crucial Civil Works project, located in Mendhar, carries an estimated tender value of ₹ 30,00,000 and is to be completed within 60 days. Bidders are required to furnish an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 60,000 (2.0% of the estimated value), payable to "jammu and kashmir bank main mendhar" at Mendhar, and a non-refundable tender fee of ₹ 1,100, payable to "Sub Treasurey Mendhar" at Mendhar.
