The Public Works Department (PWD), through its Executive Engineer, PWD R and B Division Billawar, Er. Mohd Qasim, invites qualified contractors for an Open Tender (e-NIT No 56 of 2026-27 dated 20-07-2026) for the critical Civil Works project titled "Macadamization of Dhar road to Ram Lela ground or High School Dharamkote (Dharamkote to Jalait road) (Under City and Town(CandT) Sector Capex Budget 2026-27)". This essential road development, located in Billawar, holds an estimated tender value of ₹30,00,000/- and has a stipulated completion period of 90 days, with the detailed scope of work outlined in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
