The Public Works Department (PWD), a State Government and Union Territory organization, invites open tenders for the construction of a crated retaining wall and approach wall to an existing High Performance Concrete (HPC) structure on the Barota Jakhole road in kilometer 1st RD 0/400-600. This project aims for the permanent restoration under the UT Capex Road Sector for 2025-26, with a tender value of ₹5,00,000. Interested bidders should refer to the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for detailed work description, which can be downloaded along with other relevant documents from the e-procurement portal. Tender documents, including e-NIT No 93 of 2025-26 dated 09-01-2026, will be available for download from January 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM until January 22, 2026, at 4:00 PM. A tender fee of ₹600 is payable offline at the Treasury under Major Head 0059, addressed to the Executive Engineer, PWD R and B Division Billawar. Bids must be submitted online by January 22, 2026, at 4:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for January 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer PWD R and B Division Billawar. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹10,000, equivalent to 2.0% of the tender value, is required, payable to the Executive Engineer PWD R and B Division Billawar at Billawar, and must be provided via Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Banker's Cheque, Banker's Pay Order (BPO), Fixed Deposit, Saving Certificates or CDR (Cash Deposit).
