The PWD, through its Executive Engineer, Er. Layaqit Ali, Office of the Executive Engineer PWD Div Surankote, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (e-NIT No.50 of 2026-27 Dated 28-07-2026) for the "Temporary Restoration of various Roads of Sanai Upper, Sanai Lower, Sanai Middle and Dhundak for the Financial Year 2026-27. (Under Stage Contract)". This tender falls under the Civil Works product category and will be executed as an Item Rate contract. Bidders must submit their proposals in two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including scanned copies of Tender Fees, FDR/CDR, GST Return, and all other e-NIT mentioned documents in PDF format), and Cover 2 for the financial bid (BOQ in XLS format). The bid validity period is 120 days, and withdrawal of bids is allowed.
