Work Description - Repair/renovation To The Main Gate Of Mhed Complex By Way Of Dismantling Of Old Gate And Providing And Fitting Of New Gate Along With Acp Cladding And Other Allied Works

The Public Works Department (PWD), through the Executive Engineer Machinery Division Jammu, is inviting open tenders for the comprehensive repair and renovation of the main gate at the MHED Complex in Jammu. This critical project involves the complete dismantling of the existing old gate and the subsequent provision and fitting of a new gate, complete with ACP cladding and all other associated works. The estimated tender value for this project is ₹4,57,448, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹9,149, which is 2.0% of the tender value. A tender fee of ₹200 is also applicable. The contract will be awarded on an item rate basis, and the work is to be completed within a period of 45 days.
