Work Description - Macadamization Of Kababmarg Punchi Mohalla Road By Way Of Providing And Laying Of Wet Mix Macadam (wmm) , 50mm Thick Bm And 25mm Thick Semidense Bituminous Concrete With 6mm Thick

The Public Works Department (PWD), through the Executive Engineer RnB Division Kupwara, invites eligible contractors to submit open tenders for the significant civil works project of **Macadamization of Kababmarg Punchi Mohalla Road**. This project, located in Kababmarg, entails the provision and laying of Wet Mix Macadam (WMM), 50mm thick Bituminous Macadam (BM), and 25mm thick Semidense Bituminous Concrete with 6mm thickness. The estimated value for this Item Rate contract is ₹39,55,000, with a stipulated completion period of 10 days. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,100 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹79,100 are required. The Tender Fee is payable to the Executive Engineer RnB Division Kupwara at the Jammu and Kashmir Treasury, while the EMD is payable to the Executive Engineer RnB Division Kupwara at Jammu and Kashmir Bank, with Demand Draft or CDR (Cash Deposit) being accepted payment instruments. The tender documents will be available for download and bid submission from June 26, 2026, at 06:00 PM, with the deadline for submission being July 10, 2026, at 04:00 PM. Bids will be opened shortly thereafter on July 10, 2026, at 04:30 PM, at the office of the Executive Engineer RnB Division Kupwara. Bidders must submit scanned copies of their Registration Card/Pan Card and other documents as per NIT, along with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
