The Public Works Department (PWD), through the Executive Engineer MHD SKIMS /JVC, invites open tenders from eligible and qualified bidders for the "SITC of 100 TR Chiller with Allied works in Central AC Plant at SKIMS Soura". This critical works project, identified by Tender Reference Number MHD/SKIMS/JVC/12 of 2026-27 Dated. 16.07.2026, aims to enhance the central air conditioning infrastructure at SKIMS Soura, Jammu and Kashmir. The estimated tender value for this project is ₹ 58,24,700, and the successful bidder will be required to complete the work within a period of 60 days under an Item Rate contract. The first cover (Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical) requires scanned copies of the EMD, Tender Document Fee, GST Registration Certificate, PAN card, latest tax deposit/return certificate, an undertaking confirming the firm has not been blacklisted by any government or semi-government department in UT JK, registration on JKPWDOMAS, and experience certificates as per tender clauses, along with all other documents specified in the e-NIT. The second cover (Finance) will comprise the Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
