The Public Works Department (PWD), specifically the Executive Engineer PWD (RNB) Division Samba, invites eligible contractors to participate in an Open Tender for the "Construction of Library and allied works at Veer Bhoomi Park Samba." Both the Tender Fee and EMD are payable to the Executive Engineer PWD (RNB) Division Samba at Samba. The EMD must be submitted in the form of a Fixed Deposit (FDR) or Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR), as EMD exemption is not allowed. The bidding process will follow a two-cover system, with Cover 1 designated for Fee/Pre-qualification/Technical documents (including scanned copies of EMD and Tender Cost), and Cover 2 exclusively for the financial bid (BOQ).
