The Public Works Department (PWD), a State Government and UT organisation, through its Executive Engineer, PWD (RnB) Division Doda, hereby invites eligible contractors for an Open Tender (e-NIT 21 of 2026-27) for the significant Civil Works project of constructing the "Lower Birshella to Upper Birshella link road km 2nd RD(800-1000) km 3rd RD (0-500)" in Doda. This critical infrastructure project carries an estimated value of ₹30,00,000 and has a stipulated completion period of 30 days under a Percentage Form of Contract. Interested bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹30,000, payable to the Executive Engineer PWD (RnB) Division Doda, with provisions for exemption.
