The PWD, a State Government and UT organization, invites open tenders for the construction of a motorable path from the Municipal Shopping Complex Cafeteria to near H.O Shiv Kumar ward No. 04 under UT Capex Road Road Sector (New Works) 2025-26 in Cafteria-Ramban. The estimated tender value is ₹67,75,000. Refer to the BOQ for detailed work descriptions. The tender reference number is E-NIT NO. 131 Of 2025-26 Dated 02-02-2026. The last date for document download and bid submission is 12-Feb-2026 at 04:00 PM. The bid opening date is 13-Feb-2026 at 12:00 PM. A tender fee of ₹1500 is applicable, and an EMD of ₹1,35,500 (2.0% of tender value) is required, payable to XEN PWD RNB DIVISION RAMBAN. EMD exemption is allowed.
