The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department, a State Government and UT entity, through the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Budgam, invites experienced and qualified contractors to participate in an Open Tender for the "Annual maintenance 2nd stage contract for PHE installations structures including pipe network and connected works PHE Sub Division Budgam under MandR".
