The Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti (M) GW, operating under the State Government and UT organization PHE, invites highly competent and experienced bidders for an Open Tender for the critical project titled "Construction of 250 mm Dia. Production Tube Wells by any suitable method." This Work category tender (Reference No. e-NIT No. GWD/JJM/80 of 2026-27, Tender ID: 2026_PHE_315259_1) encompasses drilling works for a period of 90 days, with a bid validity of 255 days, under an Item Rate form of contract. The first cover (Fee/PreQual/Technical) must include scanned copies of the registration of Water Well Drillers, proof of tender fee payment of ₹1,000, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹50,000, latest Income Tax Return Certificate, and latest GST return in FORM GST-3B. The tender fee and EMD are payable to the "EXECUTIVE ENGINEER JAL SHAKTI (M) GW" at Jammu, with no exemptions allowed for EMD. The second cover (Finance) will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
