The Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti (PHE) Department Jammu, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the supply of ISI Marked Galvanized Mild Steel tubes conforming to IS 1239 Part I 2004 Sixth Revision read with up-to-date amendments, as per Tender Reference Number 01 of 2025-26 Dated 09-01-2026. This is an item-wise contract. The tender document can be downloaded from 09-Jan-2026 06:00 PM to 29-Jan-2026 02:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 19-Jan-2026 02:00 PM and 29-Jan-2026 02:00 PM. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹ 5,000 is payable offline to the Chief Accounts Officer, Jal Shakti (PHE) Department, Jammu, along with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 32,00,000, also payable to the same authority in Jammu. The bid opening date is scheduled for 30-Jan-2026 02:00 PM at the Office of the Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti (PHE) Department Jal Bhawan Jammu. Bidders must submit scanned copies of the tender fee, EMD, General and Special Terms & Conditions, technical data, valid registration certificate, average annual financial turnover for the past five years (2020-21 to 2024-25), pre-qualification criteria, and the Bill of Quantities as detailed in the tender documents. The period of work is 60 days, and bids will be valid for 180 days. The payments Instrument like Bank Guarantee, Fixed Deposit and CDR (Cash Deposit) are accepted.
