The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department, a State Government and UT organisation, invites Open Tenders for the "Permanent Restoration works damages occurred during the month of August and September 2025 w.r.t. various water supply schemes of Sub-Division Kandi-II (Jandrah, Badsoo, Panjgrain, marh and Jagti) Part-2 under (SASCI 2026-27)". This Civil Works project, identified by Tender Reference Number e-NIT No. 15 of 2026-27, is estimated at ₹ 1,15,34,000/- and is located in the BC Road Jammu area, with a stipulated completion period of 60 days. A Tender Fee of ₹ 1,000/- and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 2,30,680/- (2.0% of the estimated value) are mandatory, both payable to the Executive Engineer at Jammu through instruments such as Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Fixed Deposit, or CDR. Tender documents will be available for download from July 06, 2026, 04:00 PM until July 14, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bids can be submitted online from July 08, 2026, 10:00 AM until July 14, 2026, 06:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting for clarification will be held on July 07, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the Office of the Executive Engineer Jal Shakti (PHE) Rural Division Jammu, B.C. Road Jammu. The bids, which require submission in two covers (Fee/PreQual/Technical and Finance), will be opened on July 15, 2026, at 06:00 PM in Jammu, and proposals will remain valid for 90 days.
