The PHE, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for drilling works as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). This project, referenced as e-NIT No. GWD/185 of 2025-26, has a tender value of ₹16,35,000 with a period of work of 30 days. The tender documents, including the BOQ, are available for download from November 27, 2025, at 4:00 PM until December 6, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Interested bidders must submit their bids between November 29, 2025, at 2:00 PM and December 6, 2025, at 6:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 28, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER JAL SHAKTI (M) GW, address OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER JAL SHAKTI (M) GW, Pincode 180001. Bids will be opened on December 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER JAL SHAKTI (M) GW. Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹32,700, payable to the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER JAL SHAKTI (M) GW, and a tender fee of ₹1,000, also payable to the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER JAL SHAKTI (M) GW. EMD can be submitted through Bank Guarantee, Fixed Deposit, or CDR (Cash Deposit), and EMD exemption is allowed. The bid validity period is 135 days.
