The Public Health Engineering (PHE), a State Government and UT organisation, through the Executive Engineer Water Works Division Srinagar, located in Srinagar, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference Number: 24/WWD/Sgr/Civil of 2026-27) for the "Providing and laying of a dedicated special water supply pipeline for Hamidi Kashmiri Govt. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in one cover, comprising all necessary Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical/Financial documents in PDF format, alongside the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) in XLS format, as detailed in the NIT. The bid validity period is 90 days from the bid opening date.
