The Public Health Engineering Department (PHE), a State Government and UT organization, acting through its Executive Engineer, Water Works Division Srinagar (located in SRINAGAR), hereby invites Open Tenders for the "Improvement of water supply to Green Avenue Sector 1st Peerbagh by way of providing pipeline." This critical Civil Works project, identified by Tender Reference Number 10/WWD/Sgr/Civil of 2026-27, is estimated at a value of ₹4,30,000 and will be implemented under a Percentage Form of Contract. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹8,600 and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹300, both payable to the Executive Engineer, Water Works Division Srinagar, at Jammu and Kashmir, via approved instruments including Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, or others specified. Tender documents will be available for download and bid submission will commence from 19-Jun-2026 at 04:00 PM, with the final deadline for both document download and bid submission set for 29-Jun-2026 at 04:00 PM. Bids, comprising two covers (Technical/Fee and Finance), will be publicly opened on 30-Jun-2026 at 02:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Water Works Division Srinagar. All bids submitted must remain valid for a period of 90 days.
