The Executive Engineer TLMD-V, JKPTCL, acting on behalf of the DC-PDD, a State Government undertaking, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for an Open Tender under Tender Reference Number TLMD-V/J/04 of 2026-27 Dtd 19/06/2026. This is a comprehensive Works contract, structured as a Turn-key project, focusing on electrical infrastructure.
