The Executive Engineer, ED-Reasi JPDCL, operating under the DC-PDD, hereby invites eligible and experienced bidders to participate in an Open/Advertised Tender (eNIT no 14 of 2026 dated 07.07.2026). This tender seeks to establish a Rate Contract for the hiring of various pick-up vehicles, including Tata Mobile/other automobile company 207 models and 6-tyre trucks. These vehicles are critically required for the efficient carriage and transportation of essential line materials and distribution transformers, with capacities ranging from 25 KVA to 630 KVA, specifically within the Reasi region. Interested parties can access and download tender documents from 11-Jul-2026 05:30 PM onwards, following the e-publication on 11-Jul-2026 05:00 PM. The bid submission window opens on 11-Jul-2026 06:00 PM and closes precisely on 01-Aug-2026 04:00 PM, which also marks the deadline for document download. A mandatory non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹30,000 are required, both payable to the Executive Engineer ED-Reasi. Prospective bidders must submit essential documents as part of their technical proposal, which includes scanned copies of the Tender Fees and EMD (pledged to Xen ED Reasi), certificates demonstrating similar work experience over the last 7 years, the latest GST and ITR statements (ending 03/2026 or later), and annual turnover certificates for the last three years (duly authenticated by a Chartered Accountant), along with any other pertinent documents as stipulated in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD)/eNIT.
