The Executive Engineer, Electric Division Bijbehara, on behalf of DC-PDD (a State Government and UT organization), invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender for the "Installation of Creation/Augmentation of different capacities of Distribution Transformers in respect of Electric Division Bijbehara". Bidders must ensure all documents are downloaded by 30-Jul-2026 at 01:00 PM, and bids are submitted by the Bid Submission End Date, which is also 30-Jul-2026 at 01:00 PM. The technical bids will be opened on 31-Jul-2026 at 01:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer ED Bijbehara. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹56,560 are mandatory for participation, both payable to the Executive Engineer ED Bijbehara at Jammu and Kashmir. EMD can be submitted via Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque, Bankers Pay Order, Fixed Deposit, Saving Certificates, or Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR). Bidders are required to submit documents covering registration with renewal, PAN and GST with clearance, labour license, tender fee receipt and CDR, sealed and signed copy of SBD, and contact details for technical evaluation, with the financial bid (BOQ) submitted separately in Cover 2.
