The PHE, through the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER JAL SHAKTI (M) GW, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (e-NIT No. GWD/48 of 2026-27) for various Drilling Works, as detailed in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The estimated tender value is ₹4,00,000, with a stipulated work completion period of 25 days. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 and a mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹8,000 (representing 2.0% of the estimated value) are required, both payable offline to EXECUTIVE ENGINEER JAL SHAKTI (M) GW at Jammu. Interested parties may download tender documents from June 25, 2026, 02:20 PM, until July 06, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bid submission commences on June 27, 2026, 02:00 PM, and concludes on July 06, 2026, 06:00 PM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on July 07, 2026, 02:00 PM, at the Office of the Executive Engineer Jal Shakti (M) GW. Bidders are required to submit proposals in a two-cover system: Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical) must include copies of the treasury e-Challan, EMD, duly signed tender documents, an experience certificate for similar works, and a valid Water Well Drillers registration; Cover 2 (Finance) will contain the BOQ. Bids submitted will remain valid for 270 days, and the tendering process follows a Percentage form of contract.
