Work Description - Stage Contract For Repair And Restoration Of Different Water Supply Schemes For Minor Works Of Urgent Nature In The Jurisdiction Of Khour Block For The Financial Year 2026-27

The Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti PHE Division Akhnoor, on behalf of PHE, invites Open Tenders from eligible and experienced contractors for the "STAGE CONTRACT FOR REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF DIFFERENT WATER SUPPLY SCHEMES FOR MINOR WORKS OF URGENT NATURE IN THE JURISDICTION OF KHOUR BLOCK FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2026-27". This Works contract, under Tender Reference Number ENIT 20, will be executed over a period of 360 days in the Akhnoor region. Interested bidders can download tender documents and submit their bids online from 04-Jul-2026 05:00 PM to 13-Jul-2026 04:00 PM. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹ 500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 20,000 are required, both payable to the Executive Engineer Jal Shakti PHE Division Akhnoor at Akhnoor. EMD through BG/ST or exemption is allowed. Bids must be submitted in two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (scanned copies as per ENIT), and Cover 2 for the Financial bid (BoQ). The technical and financial bids will be opened on 14-Jul-2026 at 01:00 PM at Jal Shakti PHE Division Akhnoor.
